The annual extravaganza of sock puppetry makes its grand return to the Starry Plough! What's better than some of the best live spoken word in California and the world? Watching these talented folks do their thing with sock puppets! Poets who dare to put a sock on their hand get preference on the sign up list! Some performers spend months to bring the hilarity! (Who can forget the ballad of William Woollace, Argyle freedom fighter from the Highlands?!) Bring your own sock or make one at the show. Expect shenanigans and one of the most hilarious nights of the year!
